Not Very Fresh Air at Minna

Visited the new show “Fresh Air”  at  111 Minna Gallery and was very disappointed. The show is described as ” An interesting mix of contemporary new works by Ian Robert Mullen, William Edwards, and Mike Kimball.” I found it to be uninteresting and somewhat pretentious. I am not sure what the curator at Minna has going on, maybe they are trying to branch out into the abstract art world more. Their past shows have been so fun and full of figurative delights, imaginative and arresting, very different than this one.  To be fair, I am not a fan of this type of art, which may have tainted my opinion, so feel free to see for yourself.
